Δρ. Παναγής Χριστοδούλου

Ο Παναγής Χριστοδούλου είναι απόφοιτος και αριστούχος διδάκτωρ της Νομικής Σχολής του Δ.Π.Θ. στο γνωστικό αντικείμενο του Αστικού Δικονομικού Δικαίου. Από το 2017 διδάσκει στο διατμηματικό Πρόγραμμα Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών Δίκαιο και Πληροφορική του Πανεπιστημίου Μακεδονίας και είναι επιστημονικός συνεργάτης του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας στο  γνωστικό πεδίο του Αστικού και Εμπορικού Δικαίου. Τα ακαδημαϊκά έτη 2019-2021 συμμετείχε ως μεταδιδακτορικός ερευνητής στις δραστηριότητες του Ερευνητικού Ινστιτούτου Βέλτιστων Πρακτικών για τη Νομοθεσία με έδρα τη Νομική Σχολή Δ.Π.Θ., όπου και ολοκλήρωσε την μεταδιδακτορική του έρευνα στο πεδίο της απόδειξης των αξιώσεων στις υποθέσεις του αθέμιτου ανταγωνισμού. Από τον Ιούνιο του 2020 είναι επισκ. λέκτορας του Τμήματος Νομικής του Philips University (Λευκωσία), ενώ έχει συγγράψει μελέτες και άρθρα σε πολλά επιστημονικά περιοδικά του πεδίου ενδιαφέροντός του. Παράλληλα είναι δικηγόρος παρ’ Εφέταις, μέλος του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Λάρισας, μέλος της Ένωσης Ελλήνων Δικονομολόγων και ιδρυτικό μέλος της Ελληνικής Επιστημονικής Εταιρείας Μελετών Ιδιωτικού Δικαίου.   

Dr. Panagis Christodoulou

Panagis Christodoulou is a graduate and distinguished PhD of the Faculty of Law of the Democritus University of Thrace in the subject of Civil Procedural Law. Since 2017 he has been teaching in the interdepartmental Postgraduate Program “Law and Informatics”at the University of Macedonia and is a Research Fellow at the  University of Thessaly in the subject of Civil and Commerce Law. During the academic years 2019-2021 he has participated as a post-doctoral researcher in the activities of the Research Institute for Foremost Practices in Legislation, based in the Democritus University of Thrace, where he concluded his post-doctoral research in the field of Evidence of Claims and cases of Unfair Competition.Since June of 2020 he has been a Visiting Lecturer of the Faculty of Law of Philips University at Nicosia,Cyprus.He has written and published several studies and articles in scientific magazines relating to his field of interest. He is also a member of the Bar Association of Larissa, licensed to practice as a lawyer before the Court of Appeals, as well as a member of the Hellenic Association of Procedural Law and founding member of the Hellenic Scientific Institution of Private Law Studies.
